FAIR
QUESTIONS.
A few things we would probably ask too.
01Are you an AI agency?+
No. We are a communications agency with an AI-augmented operating model. Clients buy communication outcomes. AI is the leverage underneath the work, not the product.
02What is the AI system trained on?+
Our augmentation system is trained and grounded against a curated communications canon spanning positioning, advertising, persuasion, public relations, reputation and editorial craft. The canon includes work and principles associated with Ries & Trout, Hopkins, Ogilvy, Reeves, Bernbach, Cialdini and Grunig. On live work, approved client material, current evidence and the brief outrank model memory.
03Who is actually responsible for the work?+
Humans. Every brief has a human owner. AI can support research, challenge, exploration and production, but a human owns strategy, approvals and external output.
04Does AI ever publish without human approval?+
No. A named human owner stays responsible for the brief from direction through final approval. Consequential external work is reviewed before release.
05Do you work outside Portugal?+
Yes. We are based in Lisbon and built to work internationally. We start in English and can assemble language and market expertise around the brief.
06Can you handle a full integrated brief?+
Yes. The service model covers strategy, brand, campaigns, digital, social, PR, content, reports, web, events, motion and AI-augmented workflows.
07Where are your case studies?+
We do not have client case studies yet because the agency is new. We will add them only when real work exists and the client has given us permission to show it.
08Does AI augmentation lower the cost?+
Yes. That is part of the point. AI augmentation compresses the human hours normally spent on research, synthesis, first drafts, versioning, adaptation and repetitive production. That lowers the paid production time behind the work. We price the brief rather than a staffing pyramid, and that efficiency is reflected in the fee. We do not use lower cost as an excuse for lower standards or less human accountability.
09What happens if the AI is wrong?+
It will sometimes be wrong. That is why client facts, approved sources, uncertainty flags, red-team review and human approval are part of the operating model. Fluency is not evidence.
10Will our data train a model?+
That depends on the actual providers and configuration agreed for the engagement, so we do not make a blanket promise we cannot substantiate. Before sensitive work begins, the permitted data, provider choices, retention and client restrictions are agreed.
11Can you work with tighter AI restrictions?+
Yes. If client policy or the sensitivity of the work requires a restricted workflow, we scope the process accordingly and price the actual human effort. AI augmentation is a tool, not a condition of being our client.
12How do you measure results?+
We separate activity, reach, understanding, attitude, behaviour and organisational outcome. Every brief names the highest level it can reasonably influence and the evidence that can change the next decision.
13Do you handle crisis and high-scrutiny work?+
We offer crisis-readiness and issues work focused on preparation: escalation rules, holding structures, stakeholder priorities, spokesperson preparation, hostile-question rehearsal and decision ownership. Live incidents require a clearly agreed scope, facts and approval chain.
14What is the easiest way to try the agency?+
The Second Look. Send one public communications asset. We return five observations, three priorities and one recommended first move. No confidential data and no requirement to change agency relationships before you have seen how we think.
