FEWER LAYERS.
MORE ACCOUNTABILITY.
Build the team around the problem, use AI where it creates leverage, and keep a human owner on every consequential decision.
Get to the real brief.
We separate the requested deliverable from the underlying problem. Sometimes they are the same thing. Often they are not.
We identify the audience, desired change, constraints, evidence and decision that matter before choosing the shape of the work.
Agree what the system can use.
Before AI-assisted work begins, the brief sets the permitted sources, client facts, sensitive-data boundaries and decisions that must remain human.
Approved client material and current trusted evidence outrank model memory. Uncertainty is surfaced rather than polished away.
Use augmentation to widen the field.
The system can research, synthesise, compare, challenge, draft, create variants and red-team much faster than a small human team could economically reproduce.
That lets us explore more routes before committing without charging the client for every production hour.
A human owner makes the call.
AI can surface options and counterarguments. It does not get the final vote.
The named human owner decides what is true, strategically right, appropriate for the client and strong enough to progress.
Turn the decision into a system.
Once a direction is chosen, we build the components, templates and production logic that let it travel across channels without becoming inconsistent.
The machine can accelerate execution. A human approves consequential external output.
Attack the work before somebody else does.
For consequential external work, we pressure-test the strategy and language from hostile-journalist, competitor, customer, employee, procurement and regulatory perspectives where relevant.
The red team looks for unsupported claims, ambiguity, contradictions, accidental guarantees, missing evidence and lines that can be quoted against the client. A human owner decides what risk survives.
Results before activity.
We separate activity, reach, understanding, attitude, behaviour and organisational outcome. Every brief names the highest rung it can reasonably influence.
The point is to learn what changed, why it changed and what the next decision should be. If a metric cannot change a decision, we challenge why it is being collected.
See the Results First framework ↗Keep sensitive material out until the channel is agreed.
We do not ask prospects to drop confidential, health, financial, security-sensitive or legally privileged material into a generic web form.
For client work, data handling, provider choice, retention and any AI restrictions are agreed against the brief and client policy.
